As of now the gps in a RocketM5AC is just as useful as the one in the Mimosa PTMP product.:) Just shows location.
However, Ubnt has stated publicly that sync is coming for the AirPrism products. Now whether it will be AC only or also work with M units (very desirable) is not announced. AC only is a path to a fully synced UBNT system. Supporting legacy clients will be a real step up for UBNT products.
