Shawn, I have tower switch, Netonix WS-12-250-DC. When I run cable diagnostics on AP radios and the main feed cable I get bad cable or end on the feed cable and a couple AP's connected to this switch, but these are new cables. So I have bad crimp or switch test is not 100% as switch log is clear. I tested the cables with my cable tester and it passed. It is simple Ethernet end tester but has worked great to this point. Also, why only one customer with issues and that AP cable test said nothing about a bad end except pins 3 and 4 were short. Others working normal....very odd things happening. May need to rewire from switch to APs and replace ends on main feed to switch. Just start over and remove the errors on cable tests.

You probably have a bad interface, cable, or connector somewhere. Also you could have a wireless congestion or interference issue, try changing the feq on the AP. Shawn C.
