I really hope this is not the case. A lot of the new community artwork is very nice. I can understand non official artwork not being in the default settings. However please at least make some of it installed by default so there are a selection of community provided wallpapers, themes, icons, splashes and whatever for newly installed users to select from. Not a lot has to be added to give that feeling of added value a new user would feel when they start looking around.
