I have not tried overclocking yet because I can't get temperature monitoring working in Linux ( damn bios vendors for not following the ACPI standard ), and the frequency scaling works fine for me.
On the other hand, I can't suspend unless I disable the USB 3 controller. Are you booting with grub-efi, or bios? Just tried coretemp and pkgtemp, good tip, that does the trick. Now to try some overclocking. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/704567 Title: Wrong scaling_min_freq set for Intel Sandy Bridge Processors -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
