It happens only, if I try to start the systemsettings from within Ubuntu 
(Unity). If I log in with a KDE shell, everything's fine.
(I tried to start it, since I have problems with dolphin: It seems to "wait" 
for something, because it is unresponsible for minutes. Same behavior as with 
systemsettings: With a KDE-shell login, it runs fine, with a Unity login the 
problem occurs. Might be related to some service, which is not started from the 
Unity shell)
