Okay, it's running now (but not fully)!
What I did: 
I started systemsettings from within a KDE shell and changed:
- Opened "Desktopsuche" (might be "desktop search" in English localisation?)
- Gave it 100Mb instead of 50MB
- Switched of Email Search

There's still a problem with the nepomuk services, since starting the 
"Desktopsuche" from another Unity login grays out the systemsettings and opens 
it after a long while.
There's maybe something wrong with the nepomuk file indexer not running within 
Unity...

Continue testing ...
