The above two devices are attached on USB 2.0 bus, and they have
been recognized well, don't they?

There are interrupts from two USB 2.0 buses, and you may try 'rmmod ath9k'
to see if new devices can be recognized on usb3.

Or if you can build kernel by yourself, you can enable 'CONFIG_USB_DEBUG'
& 'CONFIG_DEBUG_DRIVER' and post out 'dmesg' info. If you can't, I'd like to
build one kernel with these debug options for your test.
