Yes, it's internal hardware(bluetooth module and uvc camera). They are
working.

I've tried that. But it doesn't help. I see, that there are interrupts
on ehci_hcd:usb3 during bluetooth activity. I also see, that numers in
line ehci_hcd:usb4 are not changing at all.

I'll try to do that, but it will take some time.
