Both contributions to Debian seem to be accepted.
We for now can expect the following files to "come back":
- /etc/default/virtlockd
- /etc/libvirt/libvirt-admin.conf

Those had no name change, just package ownership changed - so no rm_conffile or 
such needs to be added.
It will need Debian to upload (after release+un-freeze?) and us to merge that.
I've made notes at the merge doc to check that on the merge.
