Seagate expansion harddisk external 1TB does not get recognized by default on 
16.04.3
tested same harddisk on ubuntu 18.04 daily and it works there

External harddisk  iomega 2.0 with 2 usb splitted cables works by
default

Tested the seagate 1TB on all 4 ports, non detecting the harddisk, led
of the disk keeps flickering
