  Seagate expansion harddisk external 1TB does not get recognized by default on 
16.04.3
  tested same harddisk on ubuntu 18.04(on another machine) daily and it works 
there
  
  External harddisk  iomega 2.0 with 2 usb splitted cables works by
  default
  
  Tested the seagate 1TB on all 4 ports, non detecting the harddisk, led
  of the disk keeps flickering
