You'll have to check NVIDIA documentation for how to enable S0ix in
NVIDIA driver, I don't know.  I just know that the debug file shows it
isn't enabled.

But as for missing AMD GPU PCI device:
* Have you used any reverse engineering BIOS tools that could have caused this?
* If you run "reset BIOS defaults" does it come back?

On Windows does suspend work?  After you've been suspended for ~30
minutes in Windows can you please capture a sleep study?  This will help
confirm if Windows is even reaching hardware sleep state or not.
