Hello Ian, I test 3 kernels available in repositories:
* 6.8.0-90-generic — no problem at all * 6.11.0-29-generic — no problem at all * 6.14.0-36-generic — bluetooth audio almost stops working when wifi is heavy loaded and recovers when downloading ends. It may be even related to the firmware, there is difference (modinfo rtw89_8852c shows): filename: /lib/modules/6.8.0-90-generic/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtw89/rtw89_8852c.ko.zst firmware: rtw89/rtw8852c_fw.bin filename: /lib/modules/6.11.0-29-generic/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtw89/rtw89_8852c.ko.zst firmware: rtw89/rtw8852c_fw.bin filename: /lib/modules/6.14.0-36-generic/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/realtek/rtw89/rtw89_8852c.ko.zst firmware: rtw89/rtw8852c_fw-1.bin 6.14 kernel module loads different firmware binary rtw8852c_fw-1.bin than the previous two kernels. I also checked kernel logs (journalctl -k) and when problem happens nothing is reported at all. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2137456 Title: rtw89_8852ce: Bluetooth audio lagging/shuttering To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.14/+bug/2137456/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
