Thanks for testing those kernels, looks like you might have the same bug
as reported here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2349675

Unfortunately, it looks like it comes down to the proprietary firmware
shipped for your device as provided by Realtek, we can't provide a fix
for the firmware itself. Through the discussion on that forum linked
above it looks like you'll need to either roll back to rtw8852c_fw.bin,
or get a new external Bluetooth card or disable Bluetooth entirely.

Would you mind trying the older firmware binary with the current kernel
and confirming that resolves the issue for you?
