Hello!

I downgraded linux-firmware package to the original
20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2 version and it does not contain
rtw8852c_fw-1.bin.zst file. Therefore kernel module is forced to fall
back to older firmware:

[44188.808963] rtw89_8852ce 0000:0a:00.0: probe with driver rtw89_8852ce failed
with error -22
[44300.906756] rtw89_8852ce 0000:0a:00.0: Direct firmware load for
rtw89/rtw8852c_fw-1.bin failed with error -2
[44300.915449] rtw89_8852ce 0000:0a:00.0: loaded firmware rtw89/rtw8852c_fw.bin
[44300.923004] rtw89_8852ce 0000:0a:00.0: Firmware version 0.27.56.13
(ebbe528f), cmd version 0, type 1
[44300.923008] rtw89_8852ce 0000:0a:00.0: Firmware version 0.27.56.13
(ebbe528f), cmd version 0, type 3

And the older firmware is fine. I also tried the latest one with '-1'
suffix from linux-firmware git and it does not fix the issue. I've heard
that there may be kernel update soon and maybe newer kernel may support
firmware '-2'. Maybe it is better.
