Hi Bin-Li and Kai-Chuan,
For Noble:
The patches:
- d/p/0001-ucm2-common-pcm-Add-hdmi.conf-to-handle-the-creation.patch
- d/p/0002-ucm2-Intel-sof-hda-dsp-Create-ALSA-config-file-for.patch
- d/p/0003-ucm2-sof-soundwire-Create-ALSA-config-file-for-hdmi.patch
These follow a different naming convention and appear to be fixing a different
bug based on what they do. They implement a bunch of HDMI macros and some other
features, but they aren't used in any direct way in the realtek enablement
patches you submitted.
Are these related to the realtek enablement? How are they used?
These patches are also quite generic, they would be usable on any noble system.
What is the testcase for these patches? What systems are they being tested on?
Different manufacturers? Or just realtek / Dell?
If these are for a different bug, that is okay, we would just like to see a
different LP bug filed and a separate changelog entry in a new upload.
Thanks,
Matthew and RAOF.
