Good question. I took a look myself and I don't see anything using
libclang from DPC++ internally or even a downstream package built with
DPC++.

I've opened an issue with upstream to ask:
https://github.com/intel/llvm/issues/21358

They're usually very helpful and quick to reply, I'll follow up here
when I have an answer.
