The whole thing could still be 21.0.0dpcpp6.2.0, but the soname would be
21.0.0dpcpp6.2 or 21.0.0dpcpp6. That is probably best, if we can pull it
of, because it's how this is commonly handled. The actual file has the
full version, and then we have symlinks to the soname version. But this
is for libraries in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, here it might not have relevance,
and you can check that out later.
