Just a heads-up that the complain-mode profile runs a risk of excessive
log lines, potentially consuming a lot of IO bandwidth, and if there are
any executions that aren't already in the profile, that'll create new
profiles in unswappable kernel memory.

At the moment it doesn't provide security value, just cost.

I know you don't trust this profile yet, that makes sense, but the risks
of complain mode are as real as the risks of enforce mode. Can this be
revisited before release?
