Hi, let me first answer to the discussion about apparmor, I think it is fine to start with complain-mode for a bit. After all the common default is mysql still and those trying MariaDB are more exploring the options. Their feedback of what is blocked will be helpful. But this is only a reasonable way to go while we are in a devel phase. I'd ask to aim at switching it to enforced towards the actual release of 26.04 - can be just shortly before though. After all what I've seen in other cases, you get more reports about "this does not work" while "this is slow due to massive logs" might make people grumpy but not report any. It is ok for a new profile to get a few SRUs extending it as we spot things that are missing.
TL;DR: for now complain is ok, close to the release please switch it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2122095 Title: [MIR] mariadb To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb/+bug/2122095/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
