Confirming 7.0.0-17 from -proposed resolves the micro-stuttering on my hardware: AMD Ryzen 9950X3D + AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (RDNA 4, GFX1201). Previously experienced consistent hitching under -14 and -15 during dense gameplay in Guild Wars 2. After -17 install, 30+ minutes across various scenarios including a 30-player map meta event: no observable stuttering. Thank you for the SRU.
