I also confirm that 7.0.0-17 from proposed solves the random ~1 second freezes - mostly happening in games, but not exclusively - which started after the migration from 25.10 to 26.04 / 7.0.0.14. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F and a RX 9060 XT.
