I'm not the one declaring x11 to be the most horrendous piece of code
and associating those who still desire to use it to be or at the least
associated to the mentality of that political group. So if that offends
you, that's your problem, just as I am offended because my current
preference is x11 because x11 "just works" in comparison to wayland. But
since kwin-x11/x11 has that issue of konqueror, kmail, falcon and others
displaying a black window instead of what it should and have found no
fix (supposedly a GDM issue) I'm pressed into wayland.

The whole thing is reminiscent of the multiple pain points in the early
KDE4 days.

As for such comments "belonging" here, do with this comment as you like.
