So you think need to try with new user? Could be some orphaned
configuration? But what should I do?! Why Plasma do not care about this
for me and uses some old configurations?! I can't clean up all the
.config dir and browser settings. Also I returned now to the previous
Plasma version, so new user will force me back and force this
upgrade/downgrade again.

Do what?! I just updated plasma and rebooted from X11 to wayland:
- 1st loose: lost tabs in Konsole and Doplphin
- 2nd loose - rebooted from Wayaland to wayland: lost all the windows in
browser, still it does not remember tabs in Dolphin or Konsole.

In both cases it does not restore a lot of applications in system tray
like I mentioned above. Now restored previous Plasma version and X11 -
session save/restore works ok!
