I am currently carrying out an experiment using plasma integration. https://github.com/guiodic/plasma-integration/tree/test/kde-owned-xdg- session-restore
I’ve managed to get most windows to work again, but in several cases (such as konsole, spectacular, discover) I get the error “xdg_toplevel already has a session”. I thought this might be down to having multiple windows of the same app open, but other apps do open multiple windows at the same time. It seems that the problem lies in the fact that Qt and my patched KDEPlasmaPlatformTheme6.so interfere with each other when managing the session. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/335761 Title: Placement policy 'Remember' by default for all windows To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/kubuntu-default-settings/+bug/335761/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
