Switched from nvidia to amd to have less driver issues but actually have more. On amd my PC has no video output if started without monitor connected (or on). Thanks to that I have ssh server setup on the PC for easy restarts, and so rolling back this broken package was easy. I recommend this to anyone. Much easier than using live usb or maybe even recovery mode.
