New information: when my problem happens, the Settings app takes forever
to load, and shows incorrect information about Bluetooth when it does
come up. In fact, I can't get Bluetooth out of Airplane mode with the tool.
Going through the restart process once or twice brings everything back.
As does a restart.
What further information does the developers need?
