I have to check out gnome-orca 3.10 then, and see if it'll be ported as
well or not.

14.4 will ship with?
gdm/gnome-shell and some apps are at 3.10 now.
gnome-control-center and a few other bits will probably be stuck
at 3.8, but 3.10 versions will be available on the PPA.
