Hi Ali
Thanks for your mail!
So I'll just install Ubuntu gnome with grub without worrying about the
boot loader. i don't think I'm going to uninstall it soon, but i will
probably reinstall it for the 14.4 update when it comes out.
P.S, sorry for not being able to quote as you do in mails, i have no
idea how to do it with my Screen-Reader. could be a drag and drop
operation maybe.

Hello
Hi,
I'm running Ubuntu gnome on vmware currently, but i decided to
duel boot it on my laptop which is running windows 7.
I have duel booted Linux and windows before, but last time that i
did it, i couldn't bring back window's boot back, and grub keep
coming up even after i have removed my Linux installation.
Is it possible to not install grub and use window's booter to boot
into windows and linux?
It is very easy to restore the MBR and enable Windows Boot Loader to
take control.
I have made a Dual-Booting guide which is 3-4 years old now (Ubuntu
10.04 and Windows XP) and I have discussed all these possibilities but
I will not confuse you and post it here :)
Just install GRUB to the MBR of your HDD and if you ever decided to
remove Linux, we can help you with restoring your MBR ;)
