Hi Shirish, >From my understanding, the main reason for no Live CD/DVD is the lack of manpower in the Development team. We'd rather create a solid install than spend time on building/testing/bugfixing Live CD/DVDs. If someone with enough knowledge and dedication is willing to step up and take charge of a Live CD/DVD section of Ubuntu Studio, then the community would be grateful. However, it's my opinion that such a person might be better suited helping with the current development tasks listed here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuStudio/KarmicTaskList (just my opinion). -Eric Hedekar -- _______________________________________ http://greyrockstudio.blogspot.com -- Ubuntu-Studio-users mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-studio-users
