For this string:

please use ngettext for proper plural forms. Even starting from 2, my
particular language will need 4 of them ;)

I've made the switch. Unfortunately, Launchpad wasn't smart enough to work out that the plural form was already translated, so everyone has a new string. I'll try to move over the existing strings if I have a chance.

Out of curiosity, what langauge is it?

This string needs a comment:

Contents

Located in ui/BookPage.qml:128

does it mean "Table of Contents", or the actual contents?

The former. I've added a comment on this.

FYI, I just got Beru released a few days ago. I'm planning on another release in a few weeks; I'll announce a string freeze here before that should there be more changes. If it's only the plural, I'll make sure it gets copied over from the existing translations myself.

Thanks,
Robert
