Hello, A while ago I installed Kunbuntu on my workstation and last week I made an update. Maybe I made the mistake to ask for an installation of Lilo or Grub. When I boot my system now, I am only able to login to the shell, but my GUI doesn't start anymore.
I tried startkde but then it complains $DISPLAY is not set or cannot connect to the X server I tried to insert the installation CD again and somehow I found an option to fix the X server, which I chose several times. But nothing changed. It still only allows me to login to the shell.
