There are many ways to fix this, but you have to identify if the problem is this first. To do this: 1. Open a console 2. Type "ping 66.249.89.99" (That pings one of the google servers). 3. Type "ping www.google.com" If 2. is successful and 3. fails your problem is the DNS issue. If so let us know, so the group can help you.
