yes but if the name is "Fajr" people will try www.fajr.com first, then
they will do a google search to find the right site ; I'd prefer that
the domain name matches the project name.

A workaround can be done for unavailable domain names, for example:
fajr-os.com or fajr-linux.com, same for sabili.
