Oh, and Brant, I wish you'd rethink your Restocking Fee Policy.

You charged me 5% which is above and beyond any credit card fee.  You
took more than was required from me to reimburse you.
If you had not charged me, you would have lost .25 - $1, but you would
have kept a great customer & missionary for your store happy.
Was that .25 - $1 worth it?

No one leaves any store happy about paying a Restocking Fee,
especially when it comes as a surprise.
And I imagine if you had the policy posted in your store where it was
plain to see, that impulsive sales would drop a significant amount.

Just my .02 since you took at least .25 of mine.
