I understand and I apologize for the inconvenience. We have recently posted the policy. The problem that occurred which caused us to create this policy is that we had a couple customers that came and purchased large amounts of games on their credit cards so that they could get their credit card points and miles and then brought the games back for reimbursement. They came in multiple times and it obviously caused problems and took a fair amount of time to put all of the games back and put the credit back on their credit card. Unfortunately, because a few people do stupid things, you have to make rules which aren't fun for everyone else.
