We had a couple question on the email list here for you Benjamin. We are in the 
middle of the following
request for change

appreciate your input.

Q: The eclipse guidelines we are following require a notice.html in the root 
product directory, the eclipse/notice.html amounts to their software usage 
agreement, which is not a document we have for the uDig project. I do not mind 
creating a placeholder pointing in the direction of the EPL and BSD licenses 
included with the product.
