Dear Manish Chakravaty,

Is Active X needed for browsing if the browser integrates components
such as Macromedia Flash and has java enabled ?

In other words, is there a majority of websites, education sites in
particular, that have Active-X specific content which will not load if
Active X controls are not there ?

In other words, is Active X a substitutable component ?

I said Active X, to imply the graphics capability of the browser.

The focus on this exercise is to build a Solaris device with good
graphics capability on a small foot print.

Thank you.
