Right now in Uganda there is freedom of political
_expression_. Right now Uganda is under the movement system of government and
the constitution clearly stipulates the acceptable political space under
such a system. If and when the multiparty system is adopted as stipulated in
the constitution, then the requsite or correponding political space will be
triggered. All that is going on Uganda is constitutional, but then again you
are not used to operating under constitutions, are you?
Question: If Uganda is under the movement systems ( by law) ... in essences, implying that everybody belongs to the Movement system, how then can you argue with a sober mind , as some of your friends in the NRM have argued, that the NRM is more popular then the UPC, DP or CP?

"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the state."
- Dr. Joseph M. Goebbels - Hitler's propaganda minister
