Ugandans

"Incidentally, you are one of those who, when they hear the word federalism,
do something in their pants. You get so scared that you will finally have to
take the fate of your own area in your own hands instead of being spoon-fed
by the central government, that you don't even believe your community will
survive under federalism. A pity really, for the federalists' proposals
foresee help for such areas."

That is a very informative paragraph on the future of our nation. And I will
continue to re state to those who are calling this discussion a waste of
time and we should just forget the bigotry which is fade here day in day
out, that with out following this discussion one can not understand the
poison in Kibuuka's Federalism. But again I am an old man, who long ago told
Kibuuka that you might cause Buganda a bigger problem than you care to
realize. And I am saying today that Uganda has a huge problem, and finding a
solution to the problems of our nation is a duty for all of us, but thanks
to Kibuuka for bringing up a concocted plan of Federalism to Uganda, for
today one has the ability to base on facts we have directly got from
Federalists, in this discussion to understand what way Uganda must follow.
And I hope some one out there is taking notes. For Uganda as a nation will
stay, come sea come high waters.

Enjoy the weekend Ugandans and know that Uganda's problems will be solved by
you and only you becoming a part of a solution.
