Just on record, Ugandans had to take a break from eating fish for most of
Uganda lakes run off River Nile and Paul Kagame was feeding the Hutus to the
fish of Uganda. Paul Kagame should take a stand it is only fair to the dead.
Society can forgive but it can not forget.
