The lawyer that filed the case against the mayor of Toronto has just issued
a statement that he is going to go to the supreme court and appeal this
judgment. There you go. Lawyer Ruby has also defined this judgment as
disappointing, we are waiting for his full statement right now.

The Ontario superior court has just released its finding in the Mayor Rob
Fords appeal, and it has found in Favour of his argument, so the mayor of
Toronto is not going to be removed from office as the previous court had
decided, so again the Mayor of Toronto is going remain on the job.
