We have just been informed that the Ontario Finance Minister Dwight Duncan
has decided to resign his seat effective next week. The source is not clear
if he is resigning the ministerial post only or resigning as an MP as well
but we are reliably being informed that he is resigning effective next week.
Let us remember that Duncan said in about October that he will step down
after a new Ontario Liberal Leader is chosen, so from that, this
information seems that he has decided to go through with his threat.
Duncan is expected to address the media tomorrow Thursday morning.
