Please note
Michael Rafferty filled an appeal to his conviction in the Tori Stafford
murder trial on grounds that the judge failed to properly instruct the jury.
This information is getting out about 30 minutes ago for he had passed his
30 day appeal, but he filled another appeal that he was denied access to a
phone. The real appeal was filed on 26th of July to the Ontario court of
appeal. The entire drama starts all over again.
I am surprised it took him this long to appeal. And that is a on a personal
note.
