We have a massive weather pardon sitting on Ontario and half of Quebec, it
has winds in some points passed 100 KPH, but the weather is good I think we
are reaching 18 to 20 highs today. As we struggle with the winds, we have
many traffic accidents on the roads that as by this posting we have a
fatality on Parliament street a fatality on Airport Road and another
fatality on 401 and Guelph Road. This is not normal to happen at this early
of the day, what we are starting to recognize is that as the winds are
howlling, the leaves are falling on the ground and the rain is making them
slippery. As you are driving recognize that wherever there are leaves on the
ground it is a clear ice, that is how it must be treated. If you drive using
the nice fall day you will be in an accident for we have so many this
morning. Drive very carefully but if you have a small car, like the one they
use in Europe, kindly park it for today for there is such high winds for you
on the road.
