Be informed that we have a major ice storm in the City, Ice is held on the
Hydro power lines and that has resulted into a problem of power transmission
in a wide range of area in the city. Ontario Power generation is estimating
that about 50,000 customers are off the grid in the city. With such massive
power failure in the city, all Toronto Transit Street Car services has been
suspended until further notice. There is no Street Car Service in the entire
city of Toronto due to power failure caused by the Ice Storm.
This is a developing story.
