Very good! I just saw this note / issue. (Must have missed it in
earlier mail review...)
One potential problem with just using the JIRA output as our release
notes is that there's probably a lot of noise in there. I think there
are a lot of issues having to do with our migration to Apache, that
were never really bugs in previously released UIMA versions. So maybe
we want to manually filter this, so our users can more easily find
things that they might care about.
