You can reopen all the issues, then close them all again assigning the correct fix version. However this loses the setting of the "resolution" field which is annoying.
I should also have mentioned that there's a "Send Email" checkbox that you can uncheck when doing a bulk update, so it won't flood the dev list with notifictaions. Too late... :) -Adam
