I use a fairly simple Bash script for spitting out CPE configs. All I do
is feed it a circuit ref and size of the customer subnet, it then works
out the IP addresses for the interfaces & BGP config before a chunk of
heredoc ready to be pasted onto the router. Most of the time taken to
write it was learning about Bash's variable substitutions, reckon you
could knock up something similar in your preferred scripting language.
