istr this was discussed here - and possibly elsewhere - it's possible that
there are questions you need to ask&answer; apparently, when trying to
comply with laws in some jurisdictions, you'll need to take the course
sanctioned in that jurisdiction - but as you're just asking for geo-ip,
that's mostly simple - beyond that, it's a can of worms and a quagmire of
money makers.
